OUR VISION
Purpose:
To educate the body of Christ at Brookdale Church regarding the Biblical mandate of missions ("Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age." --Matthew 28:19-20) and to mobilize them toward worldwide mission.
Guiding Principles:
Being a church in the "third-era of mission," we will focus a majority of our resources to reach unreached people groups to facilitate Matthew 24:14 "And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come" and complete the Great Commission.
In agreement with Brookdale's commitment to "Win, Build, Send" mission statement, we will continue to support local, national, and international missions.
We will serve and evangelize people across significant boundaries, including geographical, cultural, racial, age, and religious.
